REQUIRED DEPOSITS
- DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- ALL ORDERS $50 OR LESS REQUIRE A PAYMENT IN FULL.
- ALL ORDERS $75 AND OVER REQUIRE A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF %50 OF THE TOTAL ORDER.
- DEPOSITS SECURE YOUR ORDER DATE AND ALLOWS US TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES TO START YOUR ORDER.
- DEPOSITS CAN BE RETURNED BASED ON EMERGENCY AND DISCRETION OF THE OWNER.
- SOME DEPOSITS CAN NOT BE RETURNED IN FULL IF ITEMS HAVE NOT ALREADY BEEN PURCHASED IN AN EMERGENCY AND DISCRETION OF THE OWNER.
REMAINING BALANCE
THE FINAL BALANCE FOR ALL ORDERS WILL BE DUE THE MORNING PRIOR PICK-UP

- A PICK UP DATE WILL BE SCHEDULED ONCE PAYMENT(DEPOSIT) IS RECEIVED.
- THE PICK UP TIME WILL BE 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO PICK UP.
- THE PICKUP TIME WILL BE CONFIRMED WITH THE CUSTOMER TO MAKE SURE AGREED TIME IS STILL SUITABLE.

Customers are given a 15 minute grace period.

DELIVERY STARTS AT $65+
SNOW/ INCLIMATE WEATHER DELIVERY
ANY PRE-SCHEDULED DELIVERY CAN BE CANCELLED IN ADVANCE DUE TO ANY WEATHER WE DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE TRAVELING IN BEING SNOW, HEAVY RAIN, THUNDER STORMS, EXTREME WINDS ETC....
REFUND POLICY
A PARTIAL AND REASONABLE REFUND CAN BE DISCUSSED IF THE BUSINESS IS FOUND AT FAULT FOR ANY REASON.
